Für die Abteilung BPO-Services suchen wir für unsere Betriebsstätte in Emmenbrücke (LU) per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine fachlich versierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als 

​

 Wertschriftenspezialist 80% - 100% (w/m/d) 

 

Ihre Aufgaben:​

• Erfassen jeglicher Börsentransaktionen unserer Kunden (Trade & Cash) wie Money Transfers, Corporate Actions, Private Equity etc. 

• Überwachen und Betreuen der automatischen Transaktions-, Positions- und Stammdatenverarbeitung mit unserer Software-Schnittstelle zu verschiedenen internationalen Depotbanken 

• Veredeln der Wertschriftenstammdaten sowie verifizieren und betreuen der automatischen Kursversorgung 

• Durchführen der täglichen und monatlichen Abstimmung der Wertpapiergeschäfte unserer Kunden sowie die Bereinigung erkannter Differenzen 

• Erarbeiten von Lösungen, die auf die Kundenwünsche zugeschnitten sind 

• Unterstützung der Kunden in der täglichen Verwendung unseres Produktes sowie First und Second Level Support am Telefon oder via Customer Portal

 Ihr Profil 

• Kaufmännische Grundausbildung (oder gleichwertige Ausbildung) mit ausgeprägtem Zahlenflair 

• Erfahrungen in den Bereichen Wertschriftenadministration und/oder Settlement von Vorteil 

• Stilsicheres Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse 

• Diskretion, Termintreue, exakte Arbeitsweise,

Wertschriftenspezialist 80% - 100% (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Recording of all stock exchange transactions of our clients (trade & cash) such as money transfers, corporate actions, private equity, etc.

• Monitoring and support of automatic transaction, position and master data processing with our software interface to various international custodian banks

• Refining securities master data and verifying and managing the automatic price feed

• Carrying out the daily and monthly reconciliation of our clients' securities transactions and resolving recognised differences

• Developing solutions that are tailored to customer requirements

• Supporting customers in the daily use of our product as well as first and second level support on the phone or via the customer portal

Your Profile

• Basic commercial training (or equivalent) with a flair for numbers

• Experience in the areas of securities administration and/or settlement is an advantage

• Fluent German and good English skills

• Discretion, adherence to deadlines, precise working methods, flexibility, resilience and assertiveness

• Good MS Office skills
